Debbie Eblen brings over 10 years of Knology Business Services experience to her role as National Account Manager. After 5 years as Business Sales Manager for the Augusta, GA, Division, she became Regional Business Sales Manager for 4+ years before moving to strategic, National Account sales.
"Launching the Matrix product was probably the most interesting and gratifying project for the Division teams and our customers, as Knology Business Services was truly a leader in supplying a managed, hosted VoIP product to Tier 3 markets. There was not another carrier in these small markets providing voice over data. We paved the way."
Although providing a new voice technology to Knology customers and prospects was "a daunting task", Debbie says "as we provided more and more of this service to the communities, the acceptance was phenomenal."
